Fresh Powder

When harvesting images for inspiration, I tend to look at a lot of atypical dance images. Animation is movement (or it will be, eventually), so it makes sense that I naturally gravitate towards pictures of the body in genuine mid-motion. This series, entitled Dance in the Shutter, is a favorite of a recent crop of Tumblr and Google pulls. Captured by Turkish photographer Mehmet Turgut. Click for larger size.
